Este m\u00e9todo tem as vantagens de alta efici\u00eancia e alta velocidade para a mesma espessura do a\u00e7o met\u00e1lico. A diferen\u00e7a entre o derretimento e o corte a laser \u00e9 que o oxig\u00eanio \u00e9 usado como g\u00e1s auxiliar para o corte. A desvantagem \u00e9 que isso afetar\u00e1 a qualidade do corte. O material ter\u00e1 rebarbas ap\u00f3s o corte e, afinal, a aspereza ser\u00e1 grande. No processo de gaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e corte a laser, o material \u00e9 gaseificado na fenda. Nesse caso, uma pot\u00eancia de laser muito alta \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para gerar instantaneamente uma energia de calor extremamente alta. M\u00e9todos de corte a laser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al\u00e9m disso, para evitar a condensa\u00e7\u00e3o de vapor quando o material evapora, a espessura do material n\u00e3o deve exceder em demasia o di\u00e2metro do feixe de laser. Essas condi\u00e7\u00f5es limitam os campos de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o das m\u00e1quinas de corte a laser de fibra e n\u00e3o podem processar materiais como cer\u00e2mica e madeira.
